The required annual SEFA sorted by federal grantor agency is included in the State of Ohio's Single Audit Report for each respective fiscal year. The Single Audit Report for the most current fiscal year can be accessed at the Auditor of State's website, http://www.auditor.state.oh.us/AuditSearch/, by typing in "State of Ohio Single Audit" in the "Entity Name or Report Title" dialog box and then clicking on the "Search" button. Copies of Single Audit Reports for prior years can also be requested at this website.
