How to Apply for Employment

Applicants interested in applying for a vacant position with the Office of Budget and Management may submit a resume and/or Ohio Civil Service application. Resumes and/or applications must be received prior to the deadline date on the posting. An application may be completed and submitted on-line for current vacancies or a copy of the application may be downloaded (PDF, .2 MB) and mailed to:

All applications will be reviewed by the Office of Budget and Management. Applicants must show on the application documents that minimum qualifications are met in order to receive further consideration. The office may limit the number of qualified applicants to be interviewed for each position. Applicants selected for interviews will be those whose work and education experiences best meet the needs of the agency based upon the information shown on the applications.

Applicants must be or become residents of the State of Ohio to be appointed to a position.
