Tobacco Revenue Budget
The state's tobacco revenue budget implements Ohio's long-term plan for using the revenue received from the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) and is completed in two-year periods beginning in odd-numbered years. Tobacco revenue is appropriated from several legislatively created funds, each with a specified purpose, such as school-building construction.
